Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor and Litigation, Ontario

Senior litigation partner role on a national litigation team with a strong employment and labor focus. The role will lead complex defense and counseling matters, manage trial and arbitration work, and develop client relationships across the region.

We are seeking a commercial trial lawyer who will supervise teams, drive new business development, and expand the practice in the Ontario office. The position includes responsibility for case strategy, staffing, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established trial and arbitration experience in employment and labor matters
• Proven record of originating and developing client relationships
• Experience managing teams and mentoring associates
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
