Lateral Partner, Corporate & Bankruptcy — Washington, D.C.

Leading national practice is seeking a market-facing partner to grow and lead its corporate restructuring and bankruptcy capabilities from the Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on advising corporate clients and creditors on complex restructurings, insolvency matters and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team that handles in-court restructurings, out-of-court restructurings and related transactional and litigation matters. This is a high-visibility role with opportunity to originate work and build a practice platform in the capital.
