Lateral Partner — Corporate (Charlotte)

Senior corporate partner role based in Charlotte focused on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The hire will lead significant transactions, advise closely held and sponsor-backed companies, and act as a senior client-facing lawyer across a range of industries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include originating and driving deal execution, managing and mentoring deal teams, and developing client relationships to expand the practice. The role requires a commercial advisor comfortable working on complex corporate matters and building a team around the practice.

• Established partner with significant M&A and transactional experience
• Proven track record of business origination and client relationship management
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
