Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation — Miami

Leading international firm seeks an established partner (or partner-led team) to expand both high-value corporate transactions and significant commercial litigation capability in the Miami market. The role focuses on building transactional volume alongside a market-facing litigation practice across regulated and commercial disputes.

Targets include work across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive sectors, with client and matter origination in North America and select international markets. The firm prioritizes team hires that can meaningfully scale both transactions and contentious work.

• Proven partner track record in corporate transactions and commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to bring and lead a team; preference for team moves over single hires
• Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
