Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — Miami

Senior commercial restructuring partner role to help expand an established lender-side high-yield/distressed-debt practice while also building debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring capabilities. The office has an active pipeline and is seeking a rainmaker leader to grow both practices regionally.

The role combines client-facing mandates, origination and team leadership. You will work with cross-office teams on complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings, distressed financings and high-yield creditor representation.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in high-yield/distressed debt and chapter 11 or out-of-court restructurings
• Significant client origination and business development experience
• Ability to lead and mentor a growing team across transactional and litigation-focused restructurings
