Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance — Chemnitz

Leading regional practice seeks an experienced partner to lead and grow corporate and finance work from the firm’s Chemnitz office. The role will focus on private equity and venture capital transactions, acting for sponsors, growth companies and financial counterparties on mid-to-large-cap deals.

The partner will run matters end-to-end, develop client relationships and work closely with colleagues on cross‑border and domestic transactions. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice within a strong, full-service platform.

• Portable book of business of ‚¬400$“500k
• Proven partner-level record in corporate and finance transactions, with significant private equity/VC experience
• Experience on large-cap or larger mid-cap deals and cross-border transactions
• Strong commercial client-development skills and an established industry network
