Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Finance, Chemnitz

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a restructuring, insolvency and finance practice from the firm's Chemnitz office. The role will advise creditors, borrowers and corporate clients on domestic restructuring and distressed finance matters, and take responsibility for complex insolvency-related transactions.

The partner will manage and develop a small team locally, work closely with national colleagues on cross-office mandates, and play a central role in client development and practice growth in the region.
