Lateral Partner, Corporate & Finance — Silicon Valley

Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice in Silicon Valley, with a focus on technology-sector transactions and energy project work. The role covers M&A, capital markets and commercial transactional matters for clients across renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

Seeking an experienced partner to build business, supervise deal teams and collaborate with national practice groups. The successful candidate will handle complex cross-border and domestic transactions and play a central role in originating and executing deals in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in M&A, capital markets and commercial transactions, with experience in technology and energy sectors
• Demonstrated client origination and business development skills in Silicon Valley or broader West Coast market
• Ability to lead teams and work with interdisciplinary practice groups on complex transactions
