Partner, Energy — Silicon Valley

Senior lateral partner hire to lead and grow an energy practice in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. The role will combine high‑level client advising on energy matters with active origination and team leadership across transactional and regulatory workstreams.

The successful candidate will join an established national platform, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and be expected to develop and expand client relationships in the energy sector, including renewable and traditional energy projects.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level track record in energy matters (transactions, project development, or regulatory work)
• Strong business development and client relationship skills with a demonstrable pipeline
• Ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team in a busy Silicon Valley practice
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
