Proven track record in M&A and corporate transactions in Germany and cross-border matters.
Admitted and qualified to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
Established client relationships and strong origination ability; experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
