Lateral Partner, Corporate (Frankfurt)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt corporate team with a focus on mergers & acquisitions. The role offers responsibility for originating and leading cross-border M&A transactions and advising corporate clients across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team handling complex corporate mandates and will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and globally. This is a strategic partnership hire aimed at strengthening market presence in Germany.

• Proven track record in M&A and corporate transactions in Germany and cross-border matters.
• Admitted and qualified to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Established client relationships and strong origination ability; experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
