A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help lead its corporate practice in Frankfurt. This is a senior, relationship-driven role for a practitioner with an established presence in the German market and the ambition to further build a premier transactional offering.

The practice covers the full spectrum of corporate work, with a particular emphasis on cross-border and domestic transactions. The successful candidate will work alongside a collaborative bench of corporate lawyers and will be expected to take a lead role on complex, high-value mandates for a sophisticated client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent qualification) with a strong academic record
• Significant experience leading corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, capital markets and/or venture capital matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and team-working skills, with fluency in German and English
