Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Silicon Valley

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to grow a high-value corporate and commercial litigation practice in Silicon Valley. The role emphasises both large-ticket commercial disputes and complex corporate transactions across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Priority is on acquiring an established team or a partner with demonstrable ability to scale transactional volume and litigation capacity. The team will work across key markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions, with sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy
• Proven ability to build and lead a team and to originate and close high-value matters
• Willingness to work across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate with offices in major U.S. and international markets
