Partner, Litigation & Securities — Delaware

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation and securities practice focused on life sciences, healthcare and digital-health matters. The role will handle complex securities litigation, regulatory and white-collar investigations affecting healthcare and life-sciences clients.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and work on cross-disciplinary matters touching securities, healthcare regulatory issues and corporate disputes. Strong client development and the ability to originate and manage high‑value matters are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement or white‑collar investigations, ideally with experience in life sciences/healthcare sectors
• Admissions and ability to practice in relevant US jurisdictions
