Senior restructuring partner role with a well‑established practice in corporate insolvency, creditor/debtor representations, and out‑of‑court restructurings. The team handles complex chapter 11 matters, distressed M&A and related corporate work for domestic and cross‑border clients.

The successful candidate will join an experienced group and lead client relationships, develop origination, and collaborate across practices to support restructuring and corporate matters. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on business development and high‑stakes insolvency work.
