Lateral Partner — Corporate Restructuring — Charlotte

Senior lateral partner role in the firm's Charlotte office, focused on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. The role will lead engagements across corporate insolvency, out-of-court restructurings and formal bankruptcy proceedings.

Team responsibilities include advising corporate debtors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders on restructuring strategies, negotiating restructurings and overseeing related corporate workstreams. The hire will be expected to grow and lead the practice locally and work with national restructuring teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate transactions
• Demonstrated track record of client origination and relationship management
• Ability to lead teams on complex restructurings and insolvency proceedings
