Bankruptcy Partner — Charlotte

A well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to expand and lead its bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Charlotte. The role will focus on advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on complex insolvency, restructuring and chapter proceedings.

The partner will take a leadership role on matters, develop and manage a team of attorneys, and drive business development to grow the practice regionally. This is an opportunity to join a sizeable, multidisciplinary firm with an active bankruptcy platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including significant chapter proceedings and workouts
• Strong leadership, client development skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to seek admission
