Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Extensive deal experience in M&A (including PE), capital markets and technology transactions; IP litigation/transactions experience valued
Proven client development record and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and prior partner-level experience
