Lateral Partner, Restructuring — Seattle

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its restructuring practice in Seattle. The role involves originating and managing complex restructuring and insolvency matters, leading deal teams, and advising lenders, creditors and corporate debtors.

The partner will work collaboratively across practices and offices on cross-border and domestic matters, develop new client relationships, and play a key role in business development and practice strategy in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record handling complex restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters
• Established client development skills and the ability to originate new business
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-practice engagements; active bar admission
