Lateral Partner — Corporate & Technology, Seattle

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy corporate group in the Seattle office, with a focus on M&A, private equity transactions and capital markets work. The role will also support and develop technology-related transactional matters and emerging-growth company workstreams.

The team handles cross-practice matters involving securities, technology transactions and IP-related commercial issues; the new partner will help originate business, supervise deal teams, and collaborate with other U.S. and international offices on larger matters.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and private equity transactions and/or issuer-side capital markets
• Experience with technology-sector and emerging-growth clients, including transactional and commercial IP-related matters
• Proven client origination and team leadership skills; ability to work across multiple offices and practices
