Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Employment & Labor and Intellectual Property practices in the Silicon Valley market. The role is client-facing and focused on originating and developing high-value matters across ERISA, labor & employment and IP litigation.

Ideal candidates will join a busy, collaborative platform that handles sophisticated corporate and litigation work for technology-sector clients. The team supports cross-practice collaboration and offers significant autonomy to build a portable practice.

• Established partner with a demonstrable track record of originating and managing complex ERISA, employment or IP litigation matters
• Strong client development and collaboration skills across corporate, litigation and IP teams
