Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Birmingham

Highly regarded national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Birmingham office to lead and grow securities-related dispute work. The role focuses on complex commercial and regulatory litigation, including white‑collar matters and securities disputes, acting for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing significant contested matters, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a visible role with responsibility for business development and expanding the practice locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with securities and white‑collar matters
• Proven business development record and client origination skills
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and lead trial or regulatory matters
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
