Partner, Litigation & Securities — Ontario

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Ontario litigation team with a strong securities and white-collar practice. The role will combine courtroom work, internal investigations, and securities dispute matters for a mix of private and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a regional practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices to develop cross-border solutions. This is an opportunity to join an established litigation platform with access to national firm resources while maintaining a client-focused, fee-sensitive approach.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on securities and white-collar matters
• Proven client development and practice-growth track record
• Ability to lead case teams, manage matters and supervise associates
• Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility to transfer admission
