Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — Atlanta

Seeking a partner to join a national employment and labor practice team based in Atlanta. The role combines client-facing counseling, litigation and strategic advice across employee benefits, workplace investigations, and labor matters.

The partner will handle significant regional matters, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues across offices to grow practice capabilities and revenue.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in employment & labor law and employee benefits
• Strong client development skills and ability to originate and expand client work
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Georgia
