Partner, Employment & Labor — Atlanta

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and build employment and labor work in a major Atlanta office. The role involves developing client relationships, originating work across counseling, litigation defense, and labor matters, and collaborating with cross-practice teams on complex employment issues.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for growing the practice locally and regionally, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development initiatives. This position suits an experienced employment lawyer with a proven book of business and a track record of client service.

The team advises a broad range of employers on wage-and-hour, discrimination, union avoidance, workforce restructuring and compliance matters. Candidates should be prepared to take on both client-facing leadership and firm-wide practice development responsibilities.
