Seeking a senior employment and labor partner to join a well-established national law firm in Boston. The role focuses on counseling employers across a broad range of workplace matters, including advising on policy, employment litigation strategy, and labor relations.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead the local practice, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and support business development efforts in the region. This is an equity-track leadership opportunity with substantial client-facing responsibility.
