Lateral Partner Employment & Labor Boston

Senior employment partner role to lead and grow a busy Employment & Labor practice in the Boston office. The role will handle counseling, litigation and employee-benefits matters for employers across industries, working with a national team and local clients.

The successful candidate will split time between client work, business development and firm leadership activities, taking responsibility for originating work and mentoring associates in the group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation
• Proven business development track record and client relationships in the Boston market
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
