Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, Buffalo

Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation teams in the Buffalo office. The role will lead and develop labor & employment litigation matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to practice growth.

The successful candidate will have an established litigation practice, experience supervising teams, and a track record of developing business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of matters and help expand a busy regional practice within a larger firm platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in employment litigation and labor matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex litigation workflows
