Partner — Litigation & Employment (Buffalo)

Experienced trial lawyer sought to lead and expand a regional litigation and employment practice from the Buffalo office. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability matters, and healthcare- and construction-related litigation.

Candidate will join a national platform with established defense practice capabilities and collaborate with cross-practice teams on high-exposure matters. The position combines significant courtroom work with client development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience in employment, professional liability, healthcare or construction matters
• Strong client development and rainmaking track record
• Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams and working across practice groups
• Bar admission in New York (or ability to obtain admission)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
