Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its healthcare litigation practice in the Buffalo market. The role combines courtroom and regulatory litigation experience with business development responsibilities across healthcare and life sciences matters.

The successful candidate will join an integrated team handling complex disputes, regulatory enforcement defense, and related counseling for healthcare industry clients. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice with firm support for cross-office collaboration and client origination.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in healthcare litigation and disputes, including regulatory matters and life sciences-related issues
• Established business development skills and relationships in the regional healthcare market
• Active bar admission and substantial litigation experience at partner level
