Top-tier regional firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tucson office and help grow several core practices, with priority given to corporate, patent/IP litigation and employment/ERISA work. The role offers significant autonomy to develop and collaborate across offices on complex matters and mass-torts-related litigation.

Ideal candidates will bring a ready client base, be able to work cross-practice and with national teams, and contribute to business development and client relationship management. The firm supports flexible billing arrangements and offers equity opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
