Lateral Partner, Litigation & Employment — Tucson

Established national law firm platform is seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow its litigation and employment practice in Tucson. The role will focus on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and professional liability work across healthcare and construction sectors.

The partner will manage and develop a local team, handle high-stakes litigation and trials, and drive business development across the region. The position offers access to a broader national platform and resources while providing autonomy to expand a regional book of business.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and commercial litigation experience in employment, professional liability, or healthcare-related matters
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships and leading teams
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
