Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, Litigation — Tucson

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an Employment & Labor and Litigation practice out of the Tucson office of a well-established national law firm. The role combines courtroom litigation, complex employment counseling, and hands-on management of client relationships.

The successful candidate will handle significant individual and collective employment disputes, advise clients on workplace policies and compliance, and mentor a team of associates. Strong emphasis on business development and cross-practice collaboration across the firm's U.S. platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in employment litigation and labor matters, including trials and arbitrations
• Experience leading teams and developing client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant state and ability to practice in Tucson
