Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Corporate / IP — Walnut Creek

Established, multi-practice U.S. office is seeking a lateral partner to join and help grow a busy team handling employment & labor, corporate transactions, and intellectual property litigation. The role suits a partner who wants a collaborative platform, cross-practice referrals, and flexibility on engagement and billing models.

Priority areas for growth include corporate work, patent and IP litigation, ERISA and benefits, and mass-torts litigation. The office offers a mix of fee-arrangement flexibility and support for partners who bring a portable client base and want to expand regional presence.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in one or more of: employment & labor, corporate, IP litigation, or ERISA
• Established client relationships and demonstrable ability to originate and grow revenue
• Comfort working collaboratively across practices and offices; adaptable to flexible billing arrangements
