Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Walnut Creek

Leading national practice group is seeking an experienced partner to join its Walnut Creek office with a focus on intellectual property (patent/IP litigation) and corporate work. The role will involve originating and managing client matters, leading litigation teams, and expanding corporate transactional capability within the region.

Ideal candidates will have an established portable client base, the ability to collaborate across offices, and a track record of originating high-value IP litigation and corporate engagements. The team works on a mix of patent/IP disputes, corporate governance and transactional matters, and mass tort opportunities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in patent/IP litigation and corporate matters
• Proven origination and client-management record, with portable clients
• Collaborative, able to work across multiple offices and practice groups
