Senior hire to lead and expand a busy employment and labor practice in the Dallas office of a large national firm. The role combines high-end litigation and counseling work across employment law, representing employers on wage-and-hour, discrimination, union matters, and preventive HR counseling.

Partner will supervise and mentor associates, manage key client relationships, and coordinate cross-practice resources on complex matters. The post offers significant leadership responsibility within the regional team and opportunity to grow a book through business development and client retention.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner track record in employment and labor law with significant trial and/or high-stakes counseling experience
  • Proven client-development skills and ability to originate and expand client relationships
  • Experience supervising teams and managing staffing on complex matters
