Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — Dallas

Well-established national firm seeks a partner to join and expand its Employment & Labor practice in Dallas. The role will combine client counseling, labor relations, and litigation work across private- and public-sector employers.

The ideal candidate will lead business development and manage a team of associates, taking primary responsibility for client relationships and matter delivery in the region. This is an opportunity to shape local strategy and grow a market-facing practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including counseling and representation in litigation and administrative proceedings
• Strong track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Experience managing and mentoring lawyers and support staff
• Bar admission in Texas (or ability to qualify promptly)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
