Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established employee benefits practice in Dallas, with a particular focus on ESOP matters and other retirement and compensation planning work. The role is client-facing and involves originating new matters, deepening client relationships, and advising on complex plan design and compliance issues.

The partner will work closely with transactional and tax colleagues across offices to deliver integrated solutions for corporate and sponsor clients. This is an opportunity to build a visible book while mentoring and managing a team of benefits lawyers and paralegals.

  • Significant partner-level experience in employee benefits law, including ESOPs and broad retirement/compensation work
  • Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and cross-practice collaboration
  • Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible for reciprocity/admission
  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
