Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — Houston

Senior partner-level opening in a national employment and labor practice seeking an experienced trial and appellate litigator to lead and expand the Houston office s employment litigation capability. The role will focus on discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective action defense, while also supporting broader labor and employment matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex, high-exposure litigation, manage and develop a team of associates, and collaborate on cross-office matters. Significant client-facing experience and a proven track record of winning and retaining sizable employer clients are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with substantial experience defending discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions
• Proven trial and appellate experience plus team leadership/mentoring history
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Active bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission
