Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor Litigation — Carlsbad

Established national law firm is seeking a seasoned partner to join and lead its Employment & Labor litigation practice in the Carlsbad office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting employment disputes, counseling employers on workplace compliance, and managing high-stakes litigation.

The successful candidate will split time between client development, case strategy, and mentoring junior lawyers. The position offers a platform to grow an existing client base and collaborate with multi-office teams on regional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level employment litigation experience, including trial and appellate work
• Proven business development record and ability to cultivate client relationships
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and contribute to practice growth
