Partner — Healthcare & Litigation — Carlsbad

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a healthcare-focused litigation practice in the Carlsbad area. The role is client-facing and combines bet-the-company litigation with regulatory, compliance and life sciences disputes.

Expect to manage and mentor a team of litigators, take ownership of complex matters from intake through trial or resolution, and work alongside regulatory and transactional colleagues where matters overlap.

Strong emphasis on business development: building client relationships, cross-selling services, and growing a portable practice in the region.

• Established partner with a track record in healthcare and life sciences litigation
• Demonstrable trial and/or appellate experience handling complex disputes and regulatory matters
• Proven business development skills and client relationship management
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
