Partner, Litigation & Employment — Carlsbad

Senior lawyer role to lead and grow a busy litigation and employment practice from the firm's Carlsbad office. The role will handle commercial litigation matters across employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes, and will manage case strategy, trials and client relationships.

The partner will mentor and lead junior lawyers, collaborate across related practice groups, and work to expand the regional client base through business development and relationship management.

• Established partner-level litigation experience, including employment and professional liability matters
• Proven trial and courtroom experience; comfort managing complex commercial disputes
• Track record of developing client relationships and cross-practice collaboration
• Experience supervising associates and coordinating with case teams
• Admission to practice in California
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
