Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Jackson litigation team with a strong securities and white‑collar practice. The role will focus on handling complex commercial and regulatory litigation, representing private clients, and leading trial and enforcement matters.

The partner will supervise associates, manage case strategy, and work closely with practice leaders to grow the regional practice. The firm is seeking a commercially minded litigator with a track record of client development and courtroom experience.

• Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities and white‑collar matters
• Proven trial and enforcement experience and ability to manage complex cases
• Demonstrated business development record and client management skills
• Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
