Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor Litigation — Silicon Valley

Seeking a senior litigation partner to lead and grow an employment and labor practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role will focus on defending and advising employers in high-stakes employment litigation, internal investigations, and preventative counseling.

The successful candidate will manage domestic matters, supervise associates, and work closely with clients and practice leadership to expand regional work. Strong trial and motion experience plus proven business development capability are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of handling employment litigation and related counseling for employer clients
• Extensive trial, motion practice, and courtroom experience
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to lead a team of litigators
• Active bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
