Partner, Litigation — Tucson

Established litigation partner opportunity in Tucson for an attorney with a strong trial and securities litigation background. The role will focus on representing corporate and individual clients in complex commercial, securities and white‑collar matters across state and federal forums.

The office offers a platform to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and grow a local litigation practice. The team handles a mix of defense and proactive enforcement work; the hire will be expected to contribute at partner level on case strategy and client development.

• Proven partner-level litigation experience, including trial practice and securities litigation or white‑collar matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Licensed to practice in Arizona or able to waive in; good standing with bar
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
