Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an executive compensation and employment practice from a well-established Los Angeles office of a highly regarded law firm. The role involves originating work, advising corporate clients on executive compensation and broader employment matters, and partnering with cross-practice teams on complex client engagements.

The team advises public and private employers on compensation design, executive agreements, incentives, change-in-control matters, and employment-related disputes. The successful candidate will have a visible market presence and will drive business development while delivering high-quality legal advice.

  • Proven partner-level experience in executive compensation and employment law.
  • Track record of originating and growing client relationships and matters.
  • Strong technical skills in executive compensation, benefits, and related employment issues.
  • Licensed to practice in California or able to obtain admission.
  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
