Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an executive compensation and employment practice from a well-established Los Angeles office of a highly regarded law firm. The role involves originating work, advising corporate clients on executive compensation and broader employment matters, and partnering with cross-practice teams on complex client engagements.

The team advises public and private employers on compensation design, executive agreements, incentives, change-in-control matters, and employment-related disputes. The successful candidate will have a visible market presence and will drive business development while delivering high-quality legal advice.

Proven partner-level experience in executive compensation and employment law.
Track record of originating and growing client relationships and matters.
Strong technical skills in executive compensation, benefits, and related employment issues.
Licensed to practice in California or able to obtain admission.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
