The role involves originating work, advising corporate clients on executive compensation and broader employment matters, and partnering with cross-practice teams on complex client engagements.
The team advises public and private employers on compensation design, executive agreements, incentives, change-in-control matters, and employment-related disputes. The successful candidate will have a visible market presence and will drive business development while delivering high-quality legal advice.
- Proven partner-level experience in executive compensation and employment law.
- Track record of originating and growing client relationships and matters.
- Strong technical skills in executive compensation, benefits, and related employment issues.
- Licensed to practice in California or able to obtain admission.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
