Senior employment litigator sought to lead and expand a busy Los Angeles employment practice focused on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/collective actions. The role combines client counsel, courtroom advocacy, and practice management across high-stakes employment matters.

Responsibilities include running complex litigation, supervising associates, developing strategy for trial and class-certification work, and driving business development to grow regional and national engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in discrimination, wage & hour, and class-action litigation
• Significant courtroom and trial experience handling complex employment matters
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and to lead a team
• Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to work in the Los Angeles market
