Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Nashville

Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor litigation team in Nashville. The role focuses on high-stakes employment litigation, representing employers in trial and appellate matters and managing complex workplace disputes.

The partner will lead client engagements, supervise and develop associates, and work closely with the regional practice group to grow and refine the office's litigation capabilities. This position requires a proven track record of courtroom experience and client development.
