Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation, Nashville

Senior litigation partner role joining a national healthcare litigation practice based in Nashville. The position will lead complex healthcare and life‑sciences disputes, manage trial-ready matters, and drive client relationships across healthcare payors, providers and related industry clients.

Responsibilities include supervising and developing litigation teams, owning major case strategy, collaborating with colleagues across offices, and originating new business to grow the regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters
• Proven trial or dispositive motion experience and ability to manage complex, high-stakes disputes
• Track record of business development and client origination
• Bar admission in Tennessee or ability to obtain admission
