Leading national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Nashville. The role will focus on counseling employers, handling complex labor and employment litigation, and advising on workplace policies and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join a team that handles a broad mix of preventive counseling, administrative proceedings, and courtroom litigation for private- and public-sector employers. The position offers an opportunity to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups.

We are looking for a commercial partner who can grow and develop the practice in the Nashville market while delivering high-quality client service and building relationships with regional and national clients.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including litigation and counseling
Admitted or able to be admitted to practice in Tennessee
Proven business development skills and ability to lead client matters
