Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia employment and labor practice. The role focuses on counseling employers and litigating workplace disputes across a range of industries.

The team handles traditional labor matters, employment litigation, compliance counseling, policy drafting, and preventive employment training. The office offers significant client work and collaboration with regional and national colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
